ClearMindDelete your ClearMind account
You can permanently delete your ClearMind account and all of its data yourself, at any time, from any device.
In the Android or iOS app
Open Browse → Settings → Account, tap Delete account, and confirm.

Sign in, open Settings → Data & privacy, choose Delete…, type

DELETE and confirm.By email
If you can’t sign in, email secure@meertech.tech from the address on your account with the subject “Delete my ClearMind account”. We will verify the request and delete the account within 30 days.

What is deleted
- Your profile (name, email, photo) and your login.
- All content: tasks, projects, notes, canvases, attached files, comments, habits, goals, journal entries, calendar events, applications, activity history and settings.
- Connected AI agent tokens and their audit log, and shared workspaces you own.
Deletion is permanent and applies to every device. Data is removed from our live database immediately; we do not keep backups of deleted accounts. Copies already on a device that is offline are removed when that device next connects, or when you uninstall the app.
Want to keep a copy first? On the web use Settings → Data & privacy → Export.
